Associate Positions

TCS is currently seeking associate attorneys with two to five years of legal experience to work in our Charleston office. Candidates with strong experience in civil litigation, legal research and writing are preferred. Litigation experience in the areas of products liability, toxic tort, drug and medical device defense, defense of mass litigation and class actions and other complex litigation is preferred but not required.

The ideal candidate is motivated, responsive and self-directed but also able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
